Kas dalyvaus? Žmonės dirbantys su jaunimu iš skirtingų šalių – Armėnijos, Baltarusijos, Bulgarijos, Vokietijos, Italijos, Latvijos, Lietuvos, Maroko, Moldovos, Rumunijos, Tuniso, Turkijos ir Ispanijos.

Projekto aprašymas anglų kalba:

  • The aim of this training course is to provide practical tools to participants to improve
  • their employability  for international youth work within the framework of Youth in
  • Action Programme.

The TC aims at:

  • supporting the participants’ professional and personal development,
  • providing them with useful tools and methods for job coaching

Methodology:

The methodology is based on cognitive behavioural coaching techniques. They consist of a variety of non-formal learning exercises and techniques, such as group work, roleplaying, creation activities, peer-interviews, feedback activities, debriefing, etc., that are used to introduce, experiment and analyse the different contents. Participants will be encouraged to recognise their strong points, sources of motivations and professional goals. They are expected to assess their own skills and become aware of their objectives. The ultimate goal is to capitalise on the different competences  they have identified and developed in order to design a professional career path in accordance with their present assets and potential skill and goals. The other expected outcome is that participants will be able to apply the tools and methods they have experimented for job coaching back in their organisations.

Objectives:

Provide a space and activities for youth workers:

  • to equip them with self -directed learning approaches to work,
  • to inquire into their personal interests and needs for development,
  • to recognise their opportunities and possibilities for development,
  • to reflect onto their personal and professional paths,
  • to identify existing and potential competences for professional development,
  • to develop opportunities for improvement based on their strengths and existing
  • competences,
  • to envision possible scenarios to develop their youth work careers,
  • to create opportunities for partnership and entrepreneurships,
  • to exchange best practices and experiences to improve the quality of youth work and employability,
  • to find other unexploited dimensions of youth work,
  • to implement new initiatives for entrepreneurship and employability in youth work,
  • to broaden the range of views and application of their competences,
  • to increase the transferability of acquired competences in the field of youth work.

Reikalavimai dalyviams:

  • Nuo 18 metų (galimos išimtys)
  • Galintys sumokėti 30 proc. kelionės išlaidų bei 30EUR dalyvio mokestį
  • Gerai suprantantys ir gebantys savo mintis išreikšti anglų kalba

Finansinės sąlygos:

Mokymų kursų organizatoriai apmoka visas su projektu susijusias išlaidas (apgyvendinimas, maitinimas, priemonės) ir 70 proc. kelionės išlaidų nuo namų iki mokymų kursų vietos.
